Let's talk about your customers

You know something is wrong. You can't name exactly where.

We turn your one-time customers into customers who come back and grow.

Your customers buy once, and from several of them you never hear again: nobody called them, and nobody on your team can tell you why.

We work with business owners and leaders, finding out why their customers slip away, building the way to look after them and training their team, with the methods and AI that high-tech unicorns use.

How many of these sound familiar?

Tick the ones you recognize in your company.

If you ticked two or more, what is happening to you is a pattern that repeats in very different companies, and it can be fixed.

If you ticked one or none, you are doing better than most, and the one you ticked is still worth catching in time.

It's not your people, it's the design.

You never gave your people the mandate or prepared them to be what you expect of them, so your team serves well and the customer still doesn't come back, and you absorb that cost. Your team was never told that their job is also to make the customer come back, so what you have is a design problem, and design can be changed.

From reactive to proactive, systematic and strategic: so your customers come back because of a system, not because you are there.

Executive Mentorship

One-to-one mentoring for business owners and leaders.

One hour a week, one to one with you, for at least three months, with a plan and with the SHIFT Method, our five-step method, explained below. Every session ends with a task you do with your team that week, and the next one starts by reviewing how it went.

  • How it starts: with a 30-minute call about your customers and a first diagnosis. The diagnosis continues in the first weeks, at no extra cost.
  • Between sessions: WhatsApp and email, with a reply within 24 business hours.
  • Your team: you train them, with the tools we give you in every session. If you want us working directly with your team, that is what the SHIFT programs are for.
  • What you take away: an understanding of what is happening with your customers, the experience of someone who has solved this four times, and the tools to solve it in your company.

What you will have in 3 months

In 3 months you will know how to look after your customers so they don't leave: you will see in time which customers are at risk and which opportunities are in your portfolio, you will know what to do with each one, and your team will be clear on who looks after each customer and what their job is.

  • Diagnosis: the map of your portfolio and the bottleneck through which customers slip away.
  • Risk: the warning signs and a simple dashboard to see in time which customer is cooling down, and what to do when it happens.
  • Opportunities: the criteria to see when a customer is ready to buy more from you or to recommend you.
  • Your method: written down in playbooks and passed on to your team.
  • Roles: who looks after each customer, who owns making them buy again, what each person can decide without you, and the team's weekly routine.

That is what gets checked at 3 months, point by point.

This is the generic program, designed for a generic client. After the diagnostic session, each client's program is built: the focus goes on the topics and pains that matter to him, in the order his bottleneck sets. Everything is adapted to the client, everything uses AI, everything is tailor-made.

SHIFT Method

Five steps, in this order, none skipped.

It is the method we use in the mentorship and in every program. The five letters are always the same; what changes is how much we work directly with your team.

S
Signal

We find the bottleneck through which most customers and revenue slip away, using Goldratt's Theory of Constraints, which says you go after the problem holding everything else back first. It starts on the 30-minute call and continues in the first weeks.

H
Human alignment

Once the diagnosis is complete, we share it with the people who need to know, from leadership to the teams, so everyone is aligned to the same mandate before anything changes.

I
Install

We build the way of working and the playbooks with your team, and test them with the real people, because what gets imposed from outside does not last.

F
From reactive to commercial

Your team stops waiting for the customer to call and starts thinking about what else they need, so you stop being the only one who thinks about it, and that mindset shift is installed through the work itself, over the 90 days.

T
Technology

Once the process works with your team, we automate everything we can with AI, with dashboards, alerts and warnings, and it comes last because automating something that does not work yet multiplies the mess.

The 7 components of the SHIFT programs

Mandate Sessions

Every week, one to one: how the team that serves your customers works today, how far that is from how it should work, and what moves that week.

Retention Radar

The way to see in time which customers are about to stop buying: which signals warn you, who gets warned and what gets done.

Expansion Engine

Every two weeks with your team: when to propose, which conversation to have, and which customer is ready and which is not yet, so they buy more from you and recommend you.

SHIFT Playbooks

For the customer at risk, for the repeat purchase or the renewal, and for customer growth, with scripts for difficult conversations and a simple dashboard. Built with your team.

Autonomy Sessions

The cases where your team checks everything with you today and should not, worked through until they have their own criteria to decide without you.

Command Line

For urgent questions while the system is being installed, through the channel you already use, with a reply in under 4 hours on business days.

AI Foundations

Your team learns to use AI to prepare a meeting, summarize a call, spot a customer who is cooling off and write to them better, from the first week, so what you know about each customer does not stay only in your head.

What you can add to the mentorship

Each one comes up in the sessions, when you see you need it.

SHIFT programs, the Commercial Turnaround (Essentials, Acceleration and Intensive)

90 days working directly with your team to turn around how it looks after your customers, at three levels depending on how much work with your people you need.

Full Revenue Audit

A written analysis of where and why you are losing customers and revenue, whether or not you continue with a program.

Signal Workshop

Five hours one to one on that diagnosis, to question it and turn it into an action plan.

Alignment Intensive Workshop

A full day at your company to align your leaders and your team before anything gets installed.

Direct training for your team

When you want your leaders and your team to learn directly with us, without everything having to go through you.

Custom AI solutions

AI tools designed for your business, installed and running inside your company.

Retention Pulse

A session 30 days after a program ends to review customers, opportunities, signals and the state of the system.

Continuity

Monthly support once the system is running.

Fractional

If what you need is someone to run that area for you, part-time, that is a separate arrangement.

My experience, translated to your business

I have been working with customers for more than 25 years, and I built the function that looks after customers four times in high-tech companies: once from zero and three times as a full rebuild, almost from zero, while the company kept selling and serving. Along the way, my career went through two unicorns, Clicktale (now Contentsquare) and Bringg.

  • Onebeat. I built the function from zero working with retailers, which are traditional businesses, and we passed 130 clients in under 10 months. One of the two largest accounts I handled was a footwear retailer in Italy with 1,200 stores.
  • McDonald's in LATAM, at Bringg. One account across 14 countries, with country contracts that went up and down.
  • Leverate. The company was losing customers, and the revenue lost to departing customers went from 55% to 5% while yearly revenue grew from 14 to 20 million dollars.
  • Clicktale. Of every 100 dollars that was up to buy again, 60 were leaving, and in 7 months that number went toward zero.
  • Attenti. Government accounts in Argentina and Uruguay, about half of the company's international revenue, around 10 million dollars a year, which I defended in a public tender against direct competition.
  • Incredibuild. A team that only sent invoices and never talked to customers started calling them before the contract ran out.

I'm Argentinian, I have lived in Israel for about 25 years, and I have worked across LATAM, North America, EMEA, and APAC. I learned the Theory of Constraints at Onebeat and wrote the SHIFT Method from more than 25 years of learning, and what I bring to your company is exactly that, what high-tech companies do to make their customers come back, adapted to how your people work, because your culture is the starting point and not an obstacle.

AI as an amplifier: it gives you superpowers

AI runs from day one as part of the work and not as an extra: it cross-checks what your CRM (the program where you keep your customer records) says, what is said on calls and how your customers use what you sell them, and it warns you before a customer cools down. I saw it with many clients: with so much information at hand, you and your team still do not know what to do with it. An alert or a dashboard is not enough, they have to become a clear action with an owner, and that is how the extra sales the AI spotted get closed.

What do I have at the end of the 3 months?

On day 90 you can go on vacation and the system keeps running. You will see in time which customers are at risk and which are ready to buy more, you will know what to do with each one, and your team will know who looks after each customer.

Which companies is this for?

For owners and leaders of companies with a team that serves customers who buy again. It works whether you sell by order or by project or have contracts that renew.

Why you and not someone else?

Because it is a method built four times under real pressure, with documented numbers, in a career that went through two unicorns, and AI is what brings that experience to your business.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what you need, and we talk about it on the call, after seeing how much the customers who don't come back are costing you today.

How do we start?

With a 30-minute call about your customers. We listen first; if we see we can do something, we propose a tailored program, and the diagnosis continues in the first weeks. Every call ends with a dated next step.

Do you work with me or with my team?

In the Executive Mentorship we work with you, and you take what you learn to your team with the tools we give you. If you want us working directly with your team, that is what the SHIFT programs are for.

Do you look after my customers?

Your team runs the day to day, on purpose: we design the system, build it and train the people so it keeps working after we leave. If you need someone to run that area for you, there is the Fractional, a separate arrangement.

Do you win back customers who already left?

That is outside what we promise: we work with the customers you have today, so they buy again and stay.

Do I need organized data or systems?

We start with what you already have, even a spreadsheet, and build on top of it.

What happens after the 3 months?

You decide, with the plan for the next 3 months in hand: you can continue on your own, continue with the mentorship or move to a program with your team.

Let's talk about your customers

Everything starts with a 30-minute call about your customers, with a first diagnosis of what is happening, where they slip away and whether it makes sense to work together. We work with a small number of clients at a time.

We reply within 24 business hours.
