Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect and why

• Contact form: your name, your email, your company and the message you leave, so we can reply.
• Newsletter: your first name, last name, company and email, to send it to you once a month until you unsubscribe.
• SaaS diagnostic: your answers are calculated in your browser. They only reach us if you choose to send us the results.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4, with cookies, to see which pages are visited, never to identify you.

Who we share it with

With Netlify, which hosts the site and stores what comes in through the forms, and with Google, for Google Analytics and for the inbox where we receive messages. They may process the data outside your country. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

If you wrote to us and we did not work together, up to 24 months from the last contact. If you subscribed to the newsletter, until you unsubscribe. If we work together, for the length of the work and for as long as the law requires afterwards.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or unsubscribe from the newsletter, by writing to mariano.obludzyner@gmail.com

We reply within 30 days.

Cookies

Only those of Google Analytics 4. You can block or delete them in your browser, and the site works the same.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top.
